Reuter, Bruxelles, Belgium, 25/04/2005. The EUCMH (European Center of Military History) is now on the Internet ... Thanks the Emalbum plateforme (standart)... The databases will run on a 60 to 80.000 (thousands) pictures.
Hey Eric - thanks for this script because it's small it's nice it's easy to go with and it's make to show pictures. It doesn't cut the grass doesn't answer telephone calls doesn't connect you to a satellite and it dosn't even make noise or music ...
It's just what anyone should use to put pictures online ...
Thanks from Belgium

Hi Gunter,
great site! I have been interested in WWII all my life (I am 40 now), and although I see a lot of well known photos in your collection, I also see lots of them that I have never seen, or can't remember seen. Thanks for sharing, I've bookmarked the site for later visits.
Back to work now :-)

Thank you Jurgen Eric !! It sux I mean it work great buit it sux to dead !!! I have over 'probably 15 or 20 000 pictures' maybe more (160 cds) this thumb making is killing and I am goinf almost insane with it.
Is there à way to put 1000 pictures (or 100) into something that would make them showing up width="650" and that also makes thumbs to automatize the work ?

Hello
Eric ! I need help For the opened part of my website (www.eucmh.com) I am running the free version and it sux to make these thumbs but no problem. Now I am facing another problem.
I need another copy of em free or pro is not a problem. The problem is that it have to run into an .htaccess directory as showed bellow
/home/tagada/www/members/archives-center/databases/images /home/tagada/www/members/archives-center/databases/thumbnails /home/tagada/www/members/archives-center/databases/emalbum
the .htaccess gate in into /archives-center/
I would like to have the start page of em when you are entering into /archives-center/ after the .htacces gate
it should be like this
/home/tagada/www/members/archives-center/images/? /home/tagada/www/members/archives-center/thumbnails/? /home/tagada/www/members/archives-center/emAlbum/?
This em will be used to show exploded *.pdf file (transfered into *.jpg)

Hello Eric
Don't laugh at me but I will still stay online with the free version of emAlbum even if I have bought a copy of the pro version.
I have reworked the layout and I am really happy the way it looks.
I am now tryingto find a partner for the printing part of the photos sharing and I would like to as you on think
could you give me the little code to have the number of pictures beside the link on the main page
the structure is
www.eucmh.com /databases/ /abums/ /images/ /thumbnails/
/cgi-bin/enAlbum/
thanks
Hunter

Did I miss something or will emAlbumPro resize for thumbnails and or main picture only if you upload your files 1-15 at a time via the GUI (after painfully entering the path and file for each of the 1-15 files you chose to upload?) I would like to upload all my files at once and put them /var/www/html/emAlbum/uploads then tell it to go to work - but, I don't know how Thanks, Wile

Hello Eric
I have noticed that since about 1 year or so I have got over 5000 visitors from the eAlbum forum and lot of them seems dissapionted to see that I am not using your software at all.
As I told several times I was planing to use it for a very special application and this is why I sarted with the eAlbum free then bought a eAlbum Pro copy.
K would like you to know that I am now ready to install and use the eAlbum pro on my website and would like you to ask if you can contact me using the email : ealbum@eucmh.com because I would like to ask you something as well as give you the ftp and log-pass while reqesting you to install it for me as I want it to run on the first shot as many users of this forum are going from here to my site and it's over 75.000 statics webpages.
Thank
Gunter
PS : note that the questions can be put in there as they could be intresting for those who are using or plan to use the Pro version of your software.
- 1 I would like to have 4 photos operators (printer) inside the script. One in the USA, one in German, One in France and one in the UK. If I give you the name of my partners in this area : can you turn them on in the script (or change the links already in for the others) ?
-I beleive and still do that your script (eAlbum) is one of the best to start a real business online. The price of the script make it available to anyone from a Home based Business to a Like GMC Company.
Thank Eric
Gunter www.eucmh.com
